Everything comes back to self-love

Love is said to one of the most powerful forces in the universe, so often that it has become a cliché. However, all cliché comes from truths. Love is a nurturer, a discipline tool and most importantly, yet overlooked- a permission slip.

When a woman has fallen in love with herself, she is freeing herself from constraints, both superficial and spiritual blocks. When she seeks it externally, it becomes a validation game. Her wants are no longer her own, her insecurities are amplified, and she becomes molded by the world. The permission slip is now in the worlds hands.

Loving yourself is honouring thyself. This will determine ALL aspects of your life. From the job you have, the food you eat and the people you interact with…

You honour your time, understanding its limited and therefore, the most precious commodity. Those who abuse this principal either have the option to adapt or leave.

You don't waste your energy on people or events that don't serve you. Gossip is empty and those who take advantage of you or have bad intentions are cut off immediately.

You begin align with consistent and constant progression in its wonderful forms. Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

You find you can emotionally withstand the negativity of the world. Your mental resilience and discipline has spiked up to levels you once dreamed of.

You nurture your body, pushing it to its limits but not abusing it.

Your soul is your number one priority. You give it time to rest and recharge. You expand your horizon on the metaphysical in order to nourish your spirit. It is like gold to you.

Everything comes back to self-love because people will treat you accordingly. Everything comes back to self-love because that is the gateway to a life you truly deserve. It will always come back to self love because that is what determines the value of your soul.
